Hands On: The Perfect Soup

On a cold, rainy winter’s day nothing warms the body and soothes the soul like a steaming bowl of homemade soup. In this class, you will explore the range of broths, stews and creamy purees and get a thorough overview of soupmaking techniques. We will make our own stocks and discuss the themes and variations possible within each prototype.
