Parsi Cuisine with Leena Ezekiel
The Parsis or Zoroastrians of India are a small community, originally from Persia (present day Iran. Their cuisine is a blend of their adopted homeland of Gujarat in the west coast of India and the non-vegetarian cuisine of their ancestral Persia.

Pappadam Paper-thin lentil wafers
Onion Rice Fragrant onion rice, flavored with whole spices
Patrani Macchi Fish, marinated in cilantro/coconut chutney and wrapped in banana leaf and then steamed to perfection
Laganu Custard a festive custard pudding
