Completely Hog Heavena hands on class with Maya Klein
The third in our popular series of classes focused on delicious parts of the pig—this time with an emphasis on Asian ingredients. In this hands-on class you will learn how to cook a variety of cuts of pork and understand how they should be prepared differently to bring out their best characteristics. This class is dairy-free.
