Hands on Dim Sum
“To touch the heart” is the English translation of the Chinese phrase Dim Sum and that is exactly what these tasty little morsels do! Dim Sum are tiny finger foods served traditionally with tea or for breakfast and lunch in China. This class will focus on Chinese product identification, Chinese cooking techniques and knife cuts. Come join us for this unique class and master the art of Dim Sum just in time to celebrate the Chinese New Year on February 7.
