Hands on Italian Techniques: Gnocchi with Amelia Hard and Allison Bader
Allison and Amelia will guide you in making three light-textured, delicious versions of gnocchi which will become some of your favorite at-home dishes. You'll enjoy a hearty antipasto before you start cooking, and a salad and dessert after we've dined on our handmade gnocchi.
Antipasti Misti a mixed antipasto platter
Gnocchi di patate small, light potato gnocchi served in a classic tomato sauce and topped with parmesan cheese
Gnocchi di zucca exceptionally delicate golden gnocchi made with butternut squash, served tossed with melted butter, fresh sage, and parmesan cheese
Gnudi gnocchi made with spinach and ricotta, served in a decadent Gorgonzola cream sauce
Insalata di Rucola e Bresaola arugula leaves topped with thin slices of air-cured beef with shaved parmesan cheese and lemon
Pere al Forno oven-roasted pears drizzled with a dark chocolate sauce
