Hands on Italian Techniques: Risotto with Amelia Hard and Allison Bader
In this class, Amelia and Allison will demystify risotto so that you can create the ideal dish of tender grains of rice suspended in just the right amount of creamy and flavorful liquid. You'll stir the pot so you can see for yourself exactly when to add more liquid and when the risotto is done to perfection. You'll enjoy a generous antipasto before we start cooking and a salad and dessert after we've eaten our three risottos.
