Hands on Roasting Meats with Brian Kerr of Mortons the Steakhouse
Have you always wanted to learn how to roast meat till it’s perfectly succulent? Brian Kerr of Morton’s the Steakhouse will set your fears to rest as he steps you through the process of roasting meats perfectly. And you’ll end the class with Brian’s delicious individual chocolate soufflés.
Brian Kerr has been teaching cooking classes for the past 5 years. He began cooking professionally in 1986 after learning the basics at his mother's and grandmother's side. His first stint as an Executive Chef began in a pub in Corvallis, soon beginning work in restaurants and country clubs, a boutique hotel in Cannon Beach, and a summer in a Russian fishing camp. Brian loves to cook for his finicky kids, creating memorable meals for his family and friends and community.
