Steak and Chocolate a hands on class with Maya Klein
Steak and chocolate share many of the same attributes—richness, depth of flavor, and an affinity for pairing with other tastes. In this class you will enjoy creating dishes with different types of steak and elegant chocolate desserts. The techniques covered in this hands-on class will include steak fundamentals: grilling, broiling, and searing, as well as a palette of sauces and basics for working with chocolate: correct melting, ganache, mousse, and two types of cake. Just in time for Valentines Day....
