Join Marie Simmons, the award-winning cookbook author and engaging teacher, as she informs, entertains, and regales and nourishes you with tips and techniques, food lore and facts, and favorite recipes from her wide repertoire and vast knowledge. A third generation Italian-American Marie inherited her deep respect and enthusiasm for cooking from both her Grandmother and mother. Marie began her career as a magazine test kitchen editor and has gone on to write over 20 cookbooks. She writes a newspaper column, Simmons Sez, which appears in 14 newspapers in the San Francisco Bay Area and continues to teach, write cookbooks, and contribute articles to food magazines.
