Stick to your Ribs Sunday Supper

 

 

Sunday suppers by the fire call for soul satisfying food that provides sustenance for the week to come. This easy to make tasty ribs will make you wonder why you ever barbeque. The creamy macaroni is a twist on the classic with four cheeses and Italian bacon. We round out the meal with a warm cabbage salad that could be a light meal on its own and warm spicy gingerbread.

with Goat Cheese and Walnuts

Red cabbage sautéed with apples, garlic and onions and finished with balsamic, goat cheese and roasted walnuts

Oven Roasted Spice Rubbed Baby Back Ribs

Tender fall off the bone baby back ribs rubbed with sugar and spices and slow roasted in the oven…so delicious they don’t even need the sauce.

 

Baked Macaroni Quatrro Fromagi with Pancetta

An Italian twist on the classic with gruyere, parmesan, fontina cheese and a kick from gorgonzola. Baked with pancetta and bread crumbs.
