A Taste of Mexico
The drama of Mexico’s history is vividly reflected in the cuisine of this vast and varied country. Mexican food is a culinary marriage of native Indian foods such as corn, beans, chocolate and chilies, with the Spanish contributions of wheat, rice and meats. During the cold winter months this cuisine entices us to warm up the kitchen with its’ hearty and flavorful dishes.

Sopa de Tortilla Chicken tortilla soup – quintessential Mexican soup from stewed chicken flavored with Pasilla chilies and lime garnished with tomato, avocado, cheese and crisp tortilla strips
Ensalada de Jicama con las Mandarinas y el Coriandro Fresco Spicy and refreshing jicama salad with tangerine, fresh coriander and chili
Chiles de Picadillo Poblano chilis stuffed with pork, almonds, raisins and sweet spices baked and served with a charred tomato sauce
Mini Tres Leches Tortas con las Salsa Chocolate Mexicana Tiny cakes baked and soaked in three milks then topped with Mexican chocolate sauce laced with cinnamon.
