Cooking School Open House

10 am - 5 pm

 

Come meet our staff, browse the space and learn more about our cooking classes. Open all day, with featured activities such as:

 

 

12 - 1 pm Indian Delights - a demo highlighting Indian spices for curries, with Leena Ezekiel

 

 

 

 

1 - 3 pm - Salt of the Earth - Cheryl Russell will lead you on a primer and tasting of salts including fleur de sel, sel gris, fusion salts, etc.

 

 

2 - 4 pm Chocolate tasting with Elizabeth Montes of Sahagún Chocolates
