Dulcet Cuisines Cooking Spice and Rub Demo
On Saturday, Pam Kraemer, founder of Dulcet Cuisine, will be at In Good Taste to give you a demo and tasting of her latest cooking spices and rubs.
Dulcet Cuisine is a locally owned business that has won national awards for its fine food products. Their goal is to create the finest, most flavorful epicurean products available using only 100% natural ingredients while being kind to the Earth.
She will demo the following products and provide recipes for using them:
Creole Cooking Spice & Rub: Capturing the piquant marriage of the European and African influences of the region, this spice blend is sure to add some kick to favorite Louisiana recipes. A recipe for Rock Shrimp Etouffée is on the package.
Madras Curry Cooking Spice & Rub: The intense southern Indian blend of turmeric, red chili and coriander has been mellowed with a sweet finish in our unique rub. Recipe favorites include Shrimp Appetizer, Roasted Winter Squash with Apples and Butternut Squash Soup
Moroccan Cooking Spice & Rub: This subtle mélange of quality Mediterranean spices reflect the diverse historic culture and culinary influences of North Africa. With just a hint of saffron and a cinnamon finish, this spice blend produces the perfect balance between savory and sweet. It can be rubbed onto your favorite cut of meat, poultry or seafood or added to your favorite Moroccan recipe. Their Lamb Stew recipe is on the package.
