Philippe Boulot's Benefit Class for OPB

Philippe Boulot, Executive Chef at the Heathman Hotel in Portland, OR, taught a benefit cooking class at In Good Taste. Robert Mondavi Winery generously donated all the wines for the class - the guests were treated to some very special wines. The proceeds of this benefit class go to Oregon Public Broadcasting.
