André Soltner's Visit to In Good Taste

André Soltner, Master Chef and Senior Lecturer at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, visited In Good Taste in Portland, Oregon. He was the former owner of the famed Lutèce restaurant in New York City. Chef Soltner is the co-author of The Lutèce Cookbook and has served for more than 20 years as the Délegué Général of the Master Chefs of France.
