    Greetings!

    As I'm writing to you, I can hear the sounds of happy laughter coming from our cooking school kitchen. The mixers are humming, along with a continuous stream of conversation. Wonderful aromas waft through the air: cinnamon, apple, and a hint of cloves. Ahhh.... who wouldn't be happy cooking in the kitchen? (See Judith's book review below).

    I hope you and your family will also celebrate the season "happy in the kitchen". Matt and I wish you all the best of holiday seasons.

    For this season of indulgence, I've chosen one of my favourite recipes from the cooking school: Dan Winan's Chocolate Grand Marnier Tart. This dessert has it all and your guests will love it.
