Grilled Chard
 

1 bunch Chard

Spray olive oil or olive oil with a brush

Salt and pepper

Wash and de-vein chard, brush or spray with olive oil.

Heat grill, place chard on grill.

Cook until tender and crispy, place on paper towels and season. Serve hot.
