YUM-YUM WHITE CHOCOLATE BARK
1 lb white chocolate chips 6 candy canes, crushed into small pieces 1 teaspoon peppermint extract 1 cup semi sweet or dark chocolate chips
Melt chocolate in double boiler on stove top. Or, melt directly in pan over very low heat stirring constantly. Stir in peppermint extract. Spread melted white chocolate on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the chocolate is spread thinly and evenly. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top. Finally, drizzle melted semi sweet or dark chocolate over the white chocolate to make a Jackson Pollack-like design.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then break into bite sized pieces. Yum Yum!
