A native Oregonian, Barb Randall was a locavore decades before the term was coined. That easily explains her passion for introducing others to the joys of eating local through her 100-Mile Dinner class series. A seasoned culinary instructor and award winning food journalist, Randall's enthusiasm for whatever is in season is inspiring to cooks of all experience levels. She also teaches our Kids in the Kitchen series of hands on classes for those age seven and up and other classes for those just beginning their adventure in the kitchen.
