Lois Foster
Lois Foster is a culinary instructor and personal chef who has blended her global cooking experiences with her nutritional studies to present food made from the freshest, organic, locally-grown bounty. Lois creates inspired dishes that are unique to the Portland area, the Willamette Valley, and from the coast to the Cascades. She calls her style of cooking “Healthy Gourmet”.
She has lived and cooked professionally in Orcas Island, Washington; New York; aboard yachts in the Bahamas; and in Miami and Key West, Florida.
