Wayne Philen is a Certified Executive Chef (C.E.C.) with varied experience in the food industry. He had been an Executive Chef, Corporate R & D Chef, and a Food Product Innovation Chef. He developed products for the originator of the "Garden Burger", Corporate Franchise Groups and Program Development for the "BEEF IT'S WHATS FOR DINNER" National Programs.
Wayne taught at LE CORDON BLEU CULINARY INSTITUTE in Portland where he was a Chef Instructor for: Flavors of the World Program.
