Wes O’Neal left the Midwest to follow his love of food. He attended the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland where he was awarded the “Grand Toque” award as the most outstanding graduate. After graduation, Wes cooked at Lauro’s Kitchen in Southeast Portland. The passion for sharing his love of food and cooking brought Wes to In Good Taste. He teaches the knife skills classes and focuses on teaching the techniques and skills that build confident and happy home chefs.
