- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
